The food is fabulous but the service is spotty and the tables are dirty most of the time.
I would give 5 stars but the consistency is way off. Every iced latte I order tastes different-\-\ watered down, too much milk, too little flavor. Sometimes it comes out perfect and that is what I base my opinion on. Today I was in there with my 5 month old son. I ordered an iced Toms very delicious and a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. I first went to Professor Java's in the 90's. It was the answer to a coffee-lover's prayers! I always head to Wolf Rd. when I travel in that direction! Great coffee, atmosphere, and service!! Thank you Professor!
Coffee and food were great! My problem is that the servers aren't as friendly as I would hope for in a coffee shop. Nor do they get the food others right all the time on customized orders. And (this one is on me personally because of my appetite but...) The food serving sizes aren't that big. I give it a 4 out of 5 because even with the little complaints I have, the food is great and flavorful, the coffee is perfected very well and rich, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming as a whole.
Great coffee and treats. Superb customer service. I also met my wife here....
