service was terrible. hair in my soup. no military discount. rude waitstaff. i would never recommend professor java's. i left no tip.
Poor service!!!! My husband found a hair in his soup. The waiter almost spilled my coffee. Never asked if we needed anything. My husband had to get the silverware for us. Needed to ask for cream for my coffee & a spoon to stir it with. I felt like it was a bother we were there.
Great coffee & tea. They have great sandwiches and pastries. It’s a really great place to meet up with a friend or two.
