We was using our own personal semi. We had a wheel bearing go out on the side of the interstate. My husband *who is also a diesel mechanic* was unable to fix it because of our lack of resources. We called PTCOA at 4:30-5 am. They picked up and someone within an hour or so to help us. The man was very nice and respectful. Yes the man had his son assisting him. Which is no issue to us. They were on it! Called on a Saturday morning looking for motor home tires and they had them in stock. We tried calling 7 places before calling PCT and nobody else had them. They were ready for us when we arrived, put the new tires on and we were back on the road! Thank you George and crew for taking care of us!
