Trainer was nice but everything was so rushed. Overall the campaign I was put on was okay I guess. It took a while to get the hang of things which made me extremely nervous because you are dealing with people's government benefits. Still very draining because they only give you 40 mins of break time a day. Yes 40 mins for the whole entire day!! My hours were great though and worked well for me. Applied at the end of the year in 2023. Worked there for barely three months before getting an email about a team meeting with the rest of the people who got hired with me. They told me and about 50 others that they hired to many people for what they needed and laid us off. The zoom call didn't last more than 5 minutes and one of their higher ups finished apologizing and asked if we had any questions. DO NOT WORK HERE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! I would leave 0 stars if i could started out okay the training was extremely vague and then they threw the lot of us on the phone navigating through the system and answer calls then did reviews on those for QA and it negatively affected. They only allow you 40mins through the whole day to take any type of break you need. If you need to go to the bathroom after that it’s counted against you. They then want you to take all these extra trainings and learn to do surveys for hospitals and... read more
