Just shy of counting as criminals What stikes me the most, is how they managed to let 130 terrible reviews disappear from google! This place had a lot of really bad reviews and they all vanished! First off, the apartment I lived in was fine for the most part. This review is just based on the property management. PPM is by far the worst landlord, I've ever had.
