Joan has been taking care of my sweet Ellie May's grooming needs for many years and I am beyond pleased with the special attention she pays to the things that make my baby girl nervous. The shop is always spotlessly clean and welcoming to both the customer and their pet. Pricing is more than reasonable and you get those personal touches that you can only get from local loving and caring people.
I have a 6 1/2 old miniature schnauzer that is my baby. When I got him I checked around for a groomer and luckily found Joan Hall. Skip has been going there on a regular 4 week schedule since I got him. Joan has a professional, clean business in Abingdon and I don't have to worry about who will be trimming Skip. Only the best for my Rosie and Joan has been grooming her every month for 10 years! She always gives her a perfect grooming, but one of the things that's more important to me is the kind and gentle way she handles and takes care of her while she's there. I want Rosie to be treated like I treat her and Joan does just that! Her shop is exceptionally clean and cozy and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Professional Pet Grooming!

Joan and her caring staff always go the extra mile to care for my cocker spaniel, Romeo, as he's getting old at 15 years. He loves his grooming time with them, looks great and I'm always so happy to bring him in because he gets such loving care.
I would highly recommend Professional Pet Grooming. Joan is not only professional and does a tremendous job but she is caring and treats your animal as if it were her own. Her shop is exceptionally clean and cozy to make your animals feel at home and you feel completely safe leaving them with her. I have taken my pets to Joan for many many years...she is the best !!!
