Our first appointment after moving from Michigan and having the same groomer for 9 years. She is FANTASTIC! I was a nervous ninny because I didn’t know her but could not be more pleased! Kind, caring, understanding....we’ve found our new forever groomer. �
My dog recently had separation anxiety but did very well with Joan. He looks great and price was very reasonable. Will definately be going back in the future.
My dog is very anxious and we have been working on separation anxiety for a while now, I was so nervous about leaving him, as this is the first time I have left him with someone else since adopting him, however I did my research and read the reviews for Joan. She was wonderful. She did the grooming just as I asked and was so excellent with Buddy, she seemed to really take her time and understood his anxiety. My little dog Riley is very timid and hates to go to the groomer, vet or basically anywhere she thinks she will have to stay without us. She always shakes from the time we leave til the time we get back! But not this time!! Joan at Professional Pet Grooming was wonderful!!! Riley was so happy when I picked her up. She looked so pretty and smelled even better, and didn’t shake any afterwards!!! Thank you so much, we will definitley be seeing you again!! ��
Beamer loved going to see Miss Joan, and this puppy is extremely particular about people. Normally she shakes until her teeth chatter but that never happened with Joan. Joan is wonderful with Beamer and we won't hesitate taking Beamer back to Professional Pet Groomers
