Joan is an amazing groomer. I took Poco to her for years. Poco did not like all groomers but looked forward to seeing Joan at least for a little while! She really loved the pampering she got. I live near Battle High School so I passed many groomers to take her to Joan cause we all loved her. Always accommodating to our work schedules for drop off and pick-up. Poco passed and at present we don't have one to take to her. If and when we get another she is who we would choose! We can highly recommend her!
It's an absolute shame when I moved away from Abingdon and couldn't bring Joan with me. My two mini schnauzers are not the easiest dogs to groom but she was always so gentle and good with them and they came home looking great. We saw Joan for over ten years and couldn't recommend a better groomer!
Joan is a wonderfully caring person that certainly has a way with dogs! She loves what she does and it shows. I wouldn't trust my precious pooch with anyone but Joan! ❤️
Professional Pet Grooming is the only place in town to have your fur baby groomed if you love them! Joan has been grooming my dogs for 11 years and does a super job and they always look so handsome but the main reason I take them to Joan to be groomed is because of the special care and individual attention she gives them. As mentioned in some of these other reviews your dog may be nervous- don't worry Joan will cuddle and calm them. Joan has groomed my babies since she first opened. She is the best. She is as warm and caring with the pets as she is talented in her work.
