RecommendedI love this groomer, more importantly my dog loves this groomer. Joan has a sense of calm that reflects on the animal she is working on. While I have struggled with Jasime to trim or clip her face she will sit still and allow Joan to take care of her. I've never had a scrape, cut or scratch on Jasime when she's done. Highly recommend her.
Super rude to people who park in unmarked spaces that she feels are for her customers only, despite her being adjacent to other businesses. No signage to be seen anywhere. Instead of being polite, she just comes out and says "you need to move your car". There are ways to represent your business, and being rude to people definitely isn't it. Good thing I work in veternairy medicine and know who not to recommend to clients.

Joan is very gentle with my two dogs. The smaller one can be a handful when trying to trim his nails, but he's much calmer with her. A previous groomer insisted that he needed to be taught who's boss, but Joan just treats him kindly and gently and he responds. She does an outstanding job, is kind to the dogs, and charges a very fair price. I highly recommend her!

Joan is just the best. I was terribly nervous about finding a groomer when we moved here. I must have really good karma because I ended up with Joan and she is fabulous! I don’t worry at all when my yorkie trio is with her!
I only trust Joan with my dog. She discovered that my dog had an ear infection while grooming him. I had no clue. It’s obvious she cares about each dog she grooms. She goes above and beyond! I would highly suggest her.
