Troubleshooting process took multiple trips replacing parts one at a time until problem finally resolved. This drove repair costs to 1.5 time cost of new furnace. Repeated requests to address my concern were ignored. Technician was professional .....management not.

From phone call to tech arriving at my door was less than an hour and my stove was repaired quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. A possible part may be needed in the near future and timeline for that project explored with great results.
