They are not done yet. We have to keep nagging them to get answers. They looked at the stove, told us we need a new one because the parts are obsolete. I called the company that made the stove, they said parts are available. When I asked Central Or. Heating and Cooling, they said they didn't even know the brand name/model of the stove. They seem to just want to sell us a new one.

I made three call into customer service and have yet to have someone call me back or come out and clean up the mess the employee left outside. I ended up having to clean it myself.

Cost a bit more for the Carrier technology and fancy MyInfinity Touch themostate controler. Runs with very little noise, will wait until next months heat bill comes in to see the differance. Themostate will not allow me to lower the inside home temp any lower than 50 degree when I am away from the house? Don't understand this feature.

Responded quickly to my email inquiry and did a thorough evaluation of the existing system, area and glass exposure to size the compressor needed. Service workman was punctual ,courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company for anyone needing heating or air conditioning service.
