Have used this company since our house in Bend was built in 2007. They installed our HVAC and have provided routine service since. No complaints until now. We have a telephone access system which has malfunctioned and apparently can not be repaired. Plan was to install new thermostats that can be programmed remotely via internet (i.e. Nest or Eccobee). We needed service on our hot water floor heat system - the pressure gauge was reading zero. He said there was nothing wrong with the system. He said let in more water (which we had already done). My wife told him it was a closed system and shouldn't need water added. He was not interested in looking for a possible leak. My wife then asked him to replace the expansion tank as a preventive measure (it was over 10 years old). he said it was fine and refused. Hmmmm... after $600.00 repair A/C still didn't cool then they replaced thermostat and the A/C worked.. But what do I know?
