A change is needed in regards to the phone service. Nobody answers the phone anymore..

Both of my parents had appointments with Dr. Raynor today and said that everything was phenomenal! My mother said that she had an extra amazing experience with a technician named Gladys, who she said gave very detailed instructions and explained the processes thoroughly.
So you can't enter through the corner lobby anymore. Both doors were locked today. You have to go in through the glasses store entrance, but you still check in at the counter in the lobby/waiting area. Today was my second time ever at the eye doctor. Overall, everyone was kind. My appointment lasted about an hour.
