Front Office staff is extremely rude! They told me they couldn't see me unless I had my husbands SSN since he holds the insurance. No one told me that when I made the appointment and I told the women I spoke to when making this appointment that my insurance is through my husband. So I had to leave the appointment and I will not be coming back. Very disappointed. The one lady was dirty blond and older with glasses and the other had really long dark hair and was a bigger girl. Pretty sure she had glasses to.
RecommendedDr was very good but her assistant Sheri was very very rude from the time we walked back there.. Let me just say when we go back if she's the one to call us back we will be rescheduling..

Was greeted at the desk by Beth who set the tone with being very happy and friendly, I had next to no wait when Andrishia took me back for my initial exam. She was awesome! Very nice and professional but kept me at ease with some humor. Dr Schemer came in and finished the exam who was also very happy and friendly. They could of pushed glasses on me that I didn’t really need but told me my readers were doing what I needed. I appreciate the honesty and I will use this Dr for all my families eye needs. Thank You
