The absolutely shadiest place I have ever seen. After living there for 5 years and through multiple inspections. I asked for paint and carpet. I have years worth of emails asking for paint and carpet replacement as well as safety issues like electrical repairs, that were all declined by procore. Richard the owner, in particular. When they decided to raise my rent by$400 a month, to " compete with the market trend". I agreed as long as the upkeep was made. Loved renting with ProCore! Tressa was wonderful to work with and dealt with any issues in a timely manner. She listens and cares about what you have to say. If I ever rent again in the future I will give her a call first. Highly recommend!
Richard Barker and his team did a great job for us with our rental house in Meridian. We highly recommend them as property managers.
We had to move a participant into a new home on short notice. We were welcomed and the assistance was wonderful. We are a Supported Living Res-Hab Agency and often it is hard to find homes for individuals on limited income. We sincerely appreciate all Pro Core and Tressa Johns did for our clients.

My leased ended in May 2017 and will never rent another house if Pro Core is the Property Management company. The deposit for the rental was already higher than average. If you ever try to contact them about anything, they will not answer your call or emails. Also, they will not return your calls or emails. We've been trying to get our deposit back or at least check on how our final walk through went, and we can't get in touch with them; it's been months. They are impossible to get in touch with. I was watching my friends kids on a Saturday night, and parked in an UNCOVERED and UNMARKED spot for the 6 hours I was there. When I came out to leave, my car had been towed. No warning, no notice, nothing. This is unprecedented and absolutely ridiculous. My friends can't wait to move out and I am no longer looking into renting here.
