Staff are very rude. Came here with my friend whilst she got her nails done and the ladies were taking rudely about my appearance and sexuality. Little did they know I understand Vietnamese. Do not give these people any business and go elsewhere for your nails. I regret not calling them out.
Not a great salon… my nails were so strong and long before entering - the lady used the drill to remove all previous shellac, however now my natural nails feel weak and bendy.. the shellac she applied is uneven and bumpy - just now I have finished doing some cleaning with gloves, when I took the gloves off one layer of shellac has come right off!! Never had this happen before…
Very poor service, on entering you are shouted at from someone already attending to a client; girl was on the phone for the whole treatment session (ear pods) and by the evening all of the clear nail varnish had peeled off, never again. Would not recommend this place.
Awful experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, more focused on laughing and chatting loudly than doing their jobs. My nails turned out messy and uneven. Total waste of time and money — never again.
