Punctual. Quality work.
The pinpoint the problem. I forgot his name was very nice and was able to find out the problem which is no with in property. The leak was from the street so he said to call eBMUD. I did. I admire the patience of these guys. I will get prodigy again for my plumbing problems.
I am happy to edit my review of Carlos and Prodigy Works. He sent a guy to finish the gravel removal project his morning.
Carlos Cruz was very punctual and got back to me right away all the time.. I will use him again....
Carlos did not finish the job. The project was to remove a tree, a row of shrubs and the gravel under the shrubs. He came over right away to give us a quote and even came by earlier than planned to remove the tree and shrubs but he has not hauled the gravel away. We have talked to him three times to reschedule but he is a no-show.
Carlos and his crew arrived on schedule, immediately began work on removing dead trees and grinding old stumps. All debris was cleared and completed in an amazingly short number of hours. I can recommend Prodigy Works to anyone needing tree clearing, pruning or stump removal.
They were fast, they cleaned up behind themselves.
Carlos was the leader of the project. He came out a couple of days prior to doing the work to assess the work to be done and quote me a price. That day he told me he wanted to make sure I was "happy" with the work before he would leave. He also told me, after seeing how extensive the work that needed to be done was, that he would be at my home from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (This was in September.) All I can say is that I did my very best to keep you happy and did evreything you asked of me. Before I left you offered me more work and you seemed satisfied. I don't receive payments unless I know your absolutely happy you seemed happy I just don't understand why now I wish you would have called me i would have payed you back.
