They removed three trees from my yard and and installed a wood retaining wall. Great service and great work quality.
Originally I hired them to do tree service but I ended up also hiring them to install a wood retaining wall. Their work was terrific and I highly recommend them.
They completed the job they were hired to do, but not without damage and a nightmare of customer service. A good portion of the existing landscape is damaged as well as a rain gutter (all are less than two years old). The service provider referred to the damage as, "not that bad," and, "could have been worse." Although this may be technically true, it is incredibly insulting to have your home disrespected in that way and then to be told it really isn't that bad by the guys who did it. Carlos and team are hard workers and listen to what you want. Will hire them again!
We had minor problem and the service people in a timely manner on 2 different occasions. They fixed the problems to our satisfaction. Very polite and courteous service people, especially Chris. Would recommend him to anyone needing sprinkler valve repairs.
