It was an emergency and they resolved quickly with both the estimate and the work completed (removing two broken branches “hanging by a thread” and posing a danger) within just two hours of their 7 am opening time! Very appreciative.

I need to edit my review because the realtor who listed the house wants all the detailed, paid receipts to include in the closing papers, so the buyer doesn't have to worry about getting bills they are responsible for. I was asked to mail the check for the work to a different address than the one listed for the company and had to call twice to get a receipt by email that showed the bill was PAID and not DUE

We have not received your check that you sent to us through mail and as long as we have not deposited your check we cannot send you a receipt that is marked as payed because the balance is still due. We tried to explain to you but you wouldn't listen and hang up on us and make threats.
We were provided a good quote for tree trimming and installing a drip irrigation system. When it came time for them to do the work, they didn’t show up on our scheduled day. We were able to get them to come out a few days later to just do the sprinkler repair but they showed up late and we had to leave before they could connect the sprinkler to our panel. Arrived on time. Cut back five large camphor trees. Left trees with a great shape. Cleaned up after themselves completely. Crew was very polite and professional. Would use them again without reservation.
Heavily pruned three trees and removed one. Trees were hanging over the property line so the crew also alerted the neighbor. Thoroughly cleaned up both yards of all debris.
I had a small tree removed. Crew was careful with waterline nearby and they cleaned up.
Unbelievable value! Very professional, came day of call to check for safety concerns. Crew came early on the day scheduled got right to work. Clean up was incredible for the difficult location in the yard. They were incredible.
The work done was thorough and cleaned up emmaculately. When The team arrived and got straight to work, They provided insights on what would work best when trimming the trees. I have an orange tree that was overgrown and now it looks healthy great again and I can reach the oranges easily. I highly recommend Prodigy Works for all of your yard care needs.
