⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with Prodigy Drains! We hired Prodigy Drains as part of a home inspection in Nashville, TN, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Our technician, Bob, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain every step of the sewer inspection process. Had an unfortunate mishap that resulted in our main sewer line getting completely clogged, the entire house was backed up. Realized this at about 8pm on a week night in a house of five. Excellent Service. Sales and technician on time, professional but personal service, did an excellent job. Cleaned up and you cannot even tell they were there. I had a massive mess. I had cast iron drain pipes under the floor in the slab and Inaccessable outside due to building additions. Mark and his team are excellent. Came out quickly for a very fair price to hydro jet 3 separate lines. They were on time, clean with their work, explained everything clearly. Work was done efficiently and proof of work was shown. Hopefully won't have to, but these guys are my first call for any type of major plumbing need going forward.

Once again I called Prodigy Rooter & Drain & had a plumber at my door within 30 minutes! Bob found our washout after a home inspector couldn’t find twice & Hiller plumbing, an overpriced operation failed to locate. Prodigy was very reasonable priced, informative, & friendly.
