Very happy being at Sutton Place. Properties are well maintained and Brian is friendly and quick to respond when there is need. Also very close to all kinds of things (park, library, krogers, and so much more).

I have been at Copper Hill /Prodigy Property for a little over two and a half years and have nothing but great things to say. They have a very nice, professional and just a very on the ball management team. The facilities are very clean and all public areas are vacuumed and cleaned on a weekly basis. If you happen to have a problem in your apartment the issue will be taken care of within the very next day.
