Management has been very easy to work with and the place has been great the 6 months I've been here.
We have been staying with Prodidgy for almost 5 years now. We originally stayed at Copperhill our first year. We moved in an elderly family member and they transferred our security deposit to Sutton Place. We had just renewed our lease when the family member passed away. They allowed us to move back to Copperhill apartments without any issues. They have been so good to us, and are on top of any maintenance that needs done. It's was a great 3 years. Management was kind and maintenance was on time. They kept the grounds up every spring and summer. I moved on but if I never need to move back I would in a heart beat!!!

I lived in Sutton Place for 7 months, due to my husband's relocation I moved out of the city. If I come back to Cincinnati, my first option will be Sutton Place Apartments. Maintenance was done on time. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very close to the bus stop(Route 24). Kroger, Walgreens, Domino's pizza and Cincinnati library are in walkable distance (7-8 mins).
