RecommendedComing up on a year here--First place I chose because of the secured entry to the building, management is very efficient in helping and maintenance has been quick as they can---even with a pandemic. My 2 bedroom is perfect for me--a quiet area as well. Glad I found this hidden treasure in Cincy--hope it continues to be a wonderful choice.

My apartment building is so quiet that I feel like I'm living in a house. I'm often the only person at the beautiful pool at Sutton Place. The staff and my neighbors are nice. My apartment has more storage than I can fill! I love it here!
My boyfriend, Tyler, and I love living at Copper Hill- we've lived here for about a year now and have had nothing but good things to say. When we came to tour, Nikki answered all of our questions and made sure we felt at home. She took an interest in us as people which I appreciated. It’s a very nice size apartment, I really like their closet space in the apartment, the neighbors/maintenance and Nikki are so very nice, Maintanance sometimes takes time but they get it done and I like the fact that they try very hard to make the apartment better day by day.
Great apartments with quiet neighbors. Most of my neighbors have lived here a long time. We have lived here 2 years and love it. Brian and Nikki are quick to resolve any issues that arise. Plenty of parking available and theres even a work out area that I can do cardio!
Brian and Nikki have always been helpful and prompt when any issues had arose. Apartments are very spacious and have fit our family well. The pool is definitely a plus for those hot summer days.
Most unprofessional, non-responsive real estate company I’ve ever dealt with.

Thanks Daryl! It wasn't fun digging in the wet cold mud but we were determined to repair the water main by any means necessary. It took us till 12am Friday night but we got it! Thanks for hanging in there with us.
