Very disappointing. Tech came and left prior to the scheduled time window. I wasn't there yet because I was at work. No card, no call, no courtesy. Not impressed. I waited for 2 hours...wasted my day during high season at my own job.

Business response:

We were there 11 minutes early, no notes attached to prompt call. No idea that this was Mothers home and daughter wanted a call. Will return on another day to inspect renewal.

****** was the best! I asked him if Pro Best did anything with lizards and he said he didnt think so - mostly pest like rats, rodents, etc. I had a lizard living in my window well for at least a few weeks and was concerned if he could get out - figured hed prefer to be roaming the yard for food. Anyway, ****** was able to extract him and set him free - Thanks so much!!!

Honored to recommend **** who works for ProPest. He explained & showed me how the pest control boxes worked. He then went into my attic to check for any possible termite damage. Previously one of their employees had very carefully drilled holes into the joints of our outside tile to stop the termites. The owner came out weeks after the treatment to see how the termite control was working (which was very well). Company has been a pleasure to work with.

This was the first time I was disappointed in the service. We have always had our garage worked on and bug traps placed at the doorways, this time when I asked the tech about changing out the traps that were full he had to search his truck and found no traps. All he could do is say he'd let someone know we didn't get this part of our usual service. If someone could at least drop off the 4 traps at our door we could put them in place ourselves.

For some reason, I've noticed that many things previously ordered from distribution have been on backorder. We do replace them depending on activity. We also try to treat the garage on every visit if you are home. This pesticide treatment works better and doesn't hurt non-targeted critters. As soon as we receive them Ill be sure to have a tech put them out.
