We have been using ProBest for our annual termite inspections since 2006. After initial remediation treatments in 2007, 2008 and 2009 there has been no evidence of any termite activity since then. This is excellent termite treatment at a reasonable cost - gives us peace of mind knowing they have it under control.

Today Keith came out and took over the warranty that Amera pest control once provided for their services. This was a gracious act on his part with minimal fees in the future to keep up the warranty. I'm most thankful that he stepped up to take over the contract, not just for me, but the many people who are affected. Thank you Keith

I heard about this issue from the internet and also talked with Joe Ducey from ABC15. Amera Pest Control was sold and the new company decided not to honor the termite contract warranty. They later changed their mind and offered to reinstate for I believe $125, I came up with the idea to offer 2019 FREE and then $25 to fulfill their warranty.
