After I visited the clinic, I felt emotionally affected by the encounter. I perceived a sense of unfriendliness from the doctor, which led me to question whether it was influenced by my race. During the appointment, he mentioned, "I hope I don't have to see me no more," which left me feeling discouraged about returning for future appointments. This experience has made me reconsider the importance of attending follow-up visits when faced with such treatment.
Dr Proano is an excellent physician and I see I always receive excellent care from him and his staff. Linda is a very caring nurse.
I highly recommend Dr. P. He is one of the most competent in his field. Staff is nice and friendly -- They will go above and beyond to help you.
Always informative discussion regarding pain management with me, always professional and sympathetic. Has successfully helped me for over 20 years
Dr is unprofessional, denies ADA accommodation, violates Civil Rights and even screams for Security to remove a Patient, because ‘she’ asks for a female Nurse to be in the Exam Room with her/them. Do not recommend to anyone!
