Hi my name is Litzy I used Proactive yesterday .Teddy was my technician I can not say enough wonderful things about him and the company. Teddy diagnosed my problem immediately ,took care of the issue and my central air is working beautifully. I would reccomend him to any one who needs work on their system. Thank you for your quick ,professional ,honest and kindness .i also took the service contract this way I know I don't have to worry should I need anything else done .
