They are a horrible company. Here is why my husband and I bought his first truck from them, then 7 months later the transmission goes out. So we go back up to the dealership to see what we can do. We were pulled left and right with bs. We ended up doing a trade in after being up there for four days. Thought everything was square away. Turns out that our trade in hasn't been paid off after a month and a half.
Spent more than two hours in this place just to get a price on a car. All I wanted was to walk in and get a price for a car. They refused to give any prices out until after they ran your credit and test drove the car. Should have went home after that but decided we would try and see what they could do since they were running a big sale. Unprofessional and complete waste of time. They keep you there all day trying to help the highest bidder first. If you don't plan to buy a car cash don't even waste your time stepping into their lot.
Lewis got me in a car I wanted. And I'm picky! Great experience. I love my SUV! Low payments!!!! I recommend getting them. Did I mention ZERO down!
As I was looking at the cars, a salesperson rushed out and was talking to me while I was on a call...trying to make contact before someone else did. They couldn't find my preapproval info, so I had to do it again. They informed me that I would need a cosigner and that after 6-9 on time payments, the cosigner could come off, which i had never heard of before. I told them the cars I was interested in. I've been looking for a vehicle for a while. My wife and I had stopped at a place called Proactive Auto and Finance to see what they had available. While searching we came across a guy name Dave who recently help us to drive away with a brand new vehicle that was under what we were willing to pay. We are truly happy and blessed he was sent our way. If anyone is in need of a vehicle talk to Dave he is a professional salesman and does what needs to be done to ensure you leave smiling and not frowning.
Real customer!!!!! Go anywhere but here. They are dishonest, and disrespectful. They know nothing about cars, they man tried to tell me the car I was interested in was making a loud noise because it needed freon?!! He then went to tell me he didn't know how to work on cars so he had no clue.
I came to ProActive car lot today, not knowing I was going to walk out with anything and thanks to Darryl I am leaving with a 2007 Sorento Kia SUV. Love it!! Great service!! Thanks Darryl. :)
