Kelly - Your job was for $350 and was the best possible price you could find. After initially offering you service dates, there was constant rain across the week that prevented us from doing the work. This was explicitly communicated to you multiple times before, during, and after the contracting process. It is also clearly emphasized on your written contract. The work was excellent, and the price was good, if there is any area of improvement, it would be communicating about arrival dates and times regarding both bidding the work and performing the work.

Do not hire, get the whole job completed before you pay in full. They will not return to finish once they have the money. They will not respond to calls, emails or even a letter. I just need you to honor your contract.
They kept on coming out, saying that they were going to do the job, they never did the job, I called numerous times without a reply back.
They did what they said they would do.GOOD JOB.

Professional crew. Juan did a great job on tree stump removal. I thought he would not be able to do it, but he won that battle with the stubborn, hard to get tree stumps. Improvements could be made in customer service. Crew arrived on my property on a day that was not scheduled. No one contacted me with notification prior to their arrival. I was told that someone will return in 2 days to remove stump but it took more than a week to get him. I had to make several inquiries about his return.
