No one ever contacted me, I reached out several times and got no response!
They were timely in removing the trees/bushes as requested but after two weeks we are still waiting for them to grind the stumps out. This is holding up an extensive landscape project we have hired, also thru Home Advisor. I wish they had indicated that they subcontracted the stump grinding and that it would not be done the same day. Although the tree removal was done very swiftly and cleanly, I think they need to be more transparent and told us upfront the stump removal would need to be scheduled separately.
Tree Climbers of Evergreen Park gave me a quote I agreed to. Set date for work. Took day off work the day work was to be done and they first called to say they were stuck at a train then two hours later said they wanted to reschedule due potential bad weather that never happened. I then told them I will go with someone else.
This was a timely and effective team.
I did not hire them for the job. Someone else completed it before they contacted me. Rating them is the only way I could get the project to go away.

Don't Hire! Run! Gets your money upfront and doesn't complete the job. Voicemail full or no return calls. Looks like I will have to hire someone else to finish the job. Grinding tree stumps.

You simply chose to ignore the adverse weather conditions and harass my company over a tree stump.
