I have never in my life left a negative review for any business and I take pride in supporting small local business, but after the awful customer service we received and extreme dishonesty on behalf of the owner, I feel this review is warranted: While parked in the parking lot, after dropping off our sons car to be tinted, one of Pro-Tints employees backed into our car causing $800 in damages . Scratched my brand new 2018 Charger but denied it.
I brought in my BMW i8 to get a full exterior wax. There were a lot of micro-scratches on the car from previous owner using incorrect cleaning equipment but Pro Tint was able to buff out all of the scratches and made the paint look completely brand new. I believe I dealt with a guy named Scott who was super helpful in suggesting the right cleaning process for my particular car. I was under the impression that a good wax would help remove the small scratches but he educated me on their other processes to remove the scratches ... read more
