In the end they honored by coupon and did a great job but before that they try to charge me over $400 for a job that was 100. They also had a way for over an hour to get the right equipment delivered to them to even do the job. One man did not have a face mask on I would not allow him in my house but the other gentleman did have a facemask and he was very nice.
Recently we began to suspect that our HVAC system would need to be replaced. We called Pro Plumbing, Air & Electric because we they had provided plumbing and electrical service for us previously. The technician who was sent to check out our unit was Herbert Arlt and he confirmed our suspicions.
