There are not many things that are more frustrating than taking a day from work to have work that needs to be done and the people you trusted, not showing up. The time given for the appointment was 10am, At 9:59 I received a text saying they were running behind and not to worry. I called at 2pm to find out what the holdup was. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company. They handle ALL my electrical, plumbing and heat and air service. They NEVER try and rip you off by adding unnecessary service or repairs. They do excellent work. I have been very happy with everything they have done for me and will ALWAYS be our go to guys for this type of work.
Very friendly and accommodating staff ... both the guys that came out were polite and respectful of my home .... the lady on the phone (Robin)was very helpful ... except for signing the cheque it was a pleasant experience ....

Used Pro Plumbing to correct an outdoor drainage problem that had been plaguing me for some time. Their plumber Josh Hill arrived on time, spent two days in the rain and cold analyzing the problem, and trenching and replacing a hopelessly clogged drainage pipe that was incorrect for the job. Installed a new catch basin at the terminus to connect to new piping leading to a riprap and solved my problem. Very reasonably priced; highly recommended. Will use again.
