Prompt, courteous and thorough. Plumbing is expensive but necessary and they did a good job. Will call them again.
The initial installation was suppose to start at 10:00a.m. The plumber chose the wrong water heater. He called and a co-worker went to get a new water heater. It was installed by 9p.m. that night, when I was told it would take three or so hours. After all said and done, my walls in my storage area are smeared with red caulk; the flange holding the vent has come off the wall. Showed up on time, explained everything to me, and did a excellent job.
Steve R did an excellent job of replacing shutoff valve and replacing our well water sediment filter solution. Was very professional and stayed until after 8 pm making sure the job was completed and we had water with pressure (old filter was very much in need of replacing).
