Normally, I love this store. We drove a while, not quite from SC, to see Santa. No where on your website does it say that you MUST have a Bass Pass. We were turned down at the line and were told to get a Bass Pass. Then we were told there were none left for the day. My husband got mad an started talking to the lady sternly and she called security on him! He called for a manager but he said they were booked until 9:00pm.
