I bought boots from Bass Pro Shops online for my boyfriend's Christmas gift. I picked them up in the store, and wrapped them up. On Christmas morning he opened them, and Bass Pro had sent me used boots. The bottom of the shoes were coming off, they smelt so bad, and they were covered in mud!
