Eric did our home inspection while we were in the process of buying our first home. We had 2 big areas of concern of water damage. There was a crack above one of the windows in the dining room and there were what looked like water marks down the walls in the basement. Eric said not to worry about those things, they weren't water/leak related and he did not even include them in his report. Well both instances turned out to be big leaking issues. Sadly I have moved a lot and know what it is like to have a bad home inspector. Months after moving in you start finding out all the stuff they missed. It is a costly mistake I did not want to make again. We just bought a home last month and used this company. We narrowed it down to two homes and had two inspections done. Best money we spent. I used Pro Home Inspections at the recommendation of two different people, and I was not disappointed. Eric went above and beyond my expectations. He was responsive, reliable, and helpful. His report is also very easy to read and comes with pictures and categorized findings.
