the installation was excellent, as was the end result. The installer was very meticulous, precise, and went beyond what we would have expected.
The rep that worked with us is a go-getter! She came after my business and did not waste any time. Before I knew it, I had a whole new floor upstairs! I love it! Quick and painless!
They installed a beautiful floor but they walked all over it before it was completely dry. I believe they rushed because I added "Time is of the essence" to the contract. The installer blamed my movers and said it was just dust. I saw the footprints before the movers had even started to unload. They did not clean up very well.
