My 2015 Norco Range A 7.1 frame broke in two places, I originally purchased the bike in Lacey Washington in 2015!! Pro Cyclery being a fairly new Norco dealer here in Las Vegas took the bull by the horns and communicated with the factory on my behalf and was able to get it warrantied with a 2017 frame. Very nice Shop. Rented a Scott CR-1 Road Bike from the friendly folks at ProCyclery. Rode Red Rock Canyon. Eric installed my Saddle and Pedals. Even changed out the Stem for a more upright ride. Very happy with the Service. David and the Crew are definitely into making sure the customer is taken care of. Highly recommend them. 5 Stars!
This place rocks! Shane fitted me for my road bike and was awesome! Completely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The staff is great, very friendly, and anytime we go in, we are taken care of by all! Thank you!!!
