Pro Cyclery is one of the best Local Bike Shop in town here in Las Vegas, NV! They definitely have the most family-oriented group of awesome people who helped me fulfill and build my dream road bike. Huge congrats and upmost respect. Thank you!

Rented a bike for a day when in Vegas for a work trip. Very professional service and the bike was in excellent condition! They gave me lots of local info, I told them how long I wanted to ride for and they worked out a safe route using bike lanes for me. I bought a few things while I was there and they really looked after me on the price!! Thanks guys, looking forward to getting back over sometime and spending longer on the bike. Good luck with the move and the new shop:)

Superb customer service! Most shops can walk and talk you through the paces, but these folks treat you like family. They have an impressive inventory to choose from. I was lucky enough to rent a very sweet ride for the Blue Diamond trails. They made sure the bike was dialed in perfectly. Amazing fun. Thanks again. JW

I shopped all over town. Hands down Pro Cyclery had the best customer service and prices. Time was taken to learn what I needed, fit me, and then a variety of bikes were shown to me. Never once any pressure to buy. Great people and an awesome shop. Glad I was introduced to them and that I bought from here.

All of the staff at Procyclery are wonderful! They are all knowledgeable about cycling and if they can't find something for you or answer your ?'s, they will get back with you!

The customer service here is impeccable. When dropping my bike off for the first time there, I was met with a great attitude of "how can we help?" And picking it up was no different, constantly checking to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended that you take your business here, I know I will be bringing another bike or two their way very shortly.

Typically the biking community is very friendly and I love going to different bike shops when I go to other places to ride but this is by far the best bike shop and my go to shop in Las Vegas! The staff is exceptional, friendly and very honest! They could have sold me a more expensive bike, but after talking with them about my "style" of riding and what I was looking for they set me up with the perfect bike for my needs!!

Rented a road bike for a week from the crew at Pro. Awesome group. Very professional and competitive pricing. Upgraded bike with no issues for last couple days. Brought own peddles and riding computer and the guys set me up. Solid central location. If I rent again in vegas, I would for sure go back. Thanks Pro Cyclery for the service, the bikes and the advice! Helped me have an incredible time in Vegas without the gambling!
