The people at the shop are very committed to ensuring cyclists perform at their most comfortable level... be that competitive racer or first-time bike rider. They are also very female-friendly.
Amazing staff! Been to 10 shops looking for the right bike. They took the time to get to know me and my needs and matched me with the right bike. Don't bother to go anywhere else!
I am from out of town and here for a week of training. I broke a dérailleur hanger on my Cervelo S2 on a climb in Lake Mead; brought the bike in 20 minutes before close and the guys were incredibly helpful. Got on it right away fixed everything, gave me some good advice on next steps as my dérailleur is in rough shape and were extremely helpful. If I lived here this would be my go to shop. These guys are awesome. Rented a road bike from them (which they delivered to my hotel on the strip). Joined them for 7AM Saturday group ride! Awesome friendly and helpful bunch. I have found my home away from home bike shop here in Vegas!
Shane was very helpful and not a pushy salesman. Helped me find the right bike at my price level. I felt they are very honest and trustworthy.
Really love this shop!!!! Always get a warm welcome as if I was family. Great variety of products and super knowledgeable staff. I've been to other shops and they barely say hello when you walk in. They do group rides and are very encouraging towards new riders. If you haven't been in stop by and see for yourself.

Was in Vegas last year for 70.3 worlds and had mechanical issues - these guys were great!!! Service wise and knowledge. If I'm back to race in Vegas I'll be sure to drop by again, thanks for your help fellas
