RecommendedPassing through the area on the way to a race and broke my derailleur hanger. Called the folks at Pro Cyclery, and they bent over backward to get me fixed up. Above and beyond service for someone who’s not a regular customer. TWO THUMBS UP!
I was just told that I would have to leave my bike for a tune-up. They won't work on it till Aug 1 so I said I would make an appointment for Aug 1 & their reply is they don't make appointments. I would never leave it anywhere for 1 1/2 weeks when I can be riding it!!!!!!!
They did a great job on my breaks and gears. I came in to have a spoke replaced. And I ended up having my whole bike serviced and will be bring it in again and again as I break things I dont feel like fixing. myself! Awesome customer service from my Guy David!
Getting my sons bike repaired....got home and realized I didn’t get a claim ticket even though they offered guess isolation is dulling my senses...these guys seemed very reliable

Just moved to Vegas from Florida, went to the store to service my bike and Jamie took care of me. Happy with the service, friendly team! I am definitely coming again to the store
Stopped in today to get the tires pumped up for a custom beach cruiser I bought on the internet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me and I won't forget it. Next time I need something for my bike, I will be returning to Pro Cyclery.
