I typically don't review places, but I just had to say I've had such great experiences at this garage. The staff is professional and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They have always kept me informed about exactly what needs to be done to my vehicle, and came up with solutions that are in my budget. You can tell the owner really cares for his customer base, and that his staff is very well taken care of also. I wont be taking any of my cars anywhere else.
Best shop around. Honesty and quick service. Don't go anywhere else. Car problems are never fun but at least you don't feel like you just got put through the ringer when you go to Oriskany Garage. Thanks OG & TIRE!
Dropped my sons car off on Sunday night to get a quote for tires and have the brakes looked it. Called 3 times on Monday to see what was going on and each time was told it hadn't been pulled in yet and would be within the hour. Stopped by the shop 30 min before they closed and car hadn't been moved all day. Of course they decided to pull it in while I was standing there and said they would call in a little bit to let us know what needed to be done. Never received a call.
