I have been doing business here for a very long time. I was a bit dismayed when I found out Russ sold the business. Well I stuck with them and found out the new owners were just as honest and reliable as my dear friend Russ. Thank you for continued excellent customer service and quality service!

I hate having to take my vehicle in for inspection. After being less than pleased with the place I took it last year, I asked friends for recommendations. Several had great things to say about Oriskany Garage and Uncle Russ. You can now add me to the list of incredibly satisfied customers! There was a miscommunication between myself and the mechanics about an issue that I was frustrated about. The issue was addressed today. Even though it should have been addressed yesterday, it was addressed today and taken care of. It takes a lot to own up to a mistake and there aren’t a lot of people that can own up. Problem solved. My son was only home for a day and had to get back on the road to head to Cleveland. Oriskany Garage was able to get his car in, repaired and get him on the road in time to get him back into Cleveland in time.
