Recommended5 Stars I broke down today on the NYS Thruway. I called and spoke with Steve. Even though they were extremely busy they took care of my car, and I got to my destination. I am very thankful, and highly recommend this shop. A special thanks to all who were very nice to my dog whom was with me. All of you made a very distressing situation bearable. Thanks again!
My car battery died last night and brought it there. Even though they were extremely busy today, they were able to fix my car! Always dependable and reasonable. We needed the car for vacation so I thank you for great service!
I just want to spread the word... Oriskany Garage Tire & Auto Service - is AMAZING!! As a single mom, I don't feel taken advantage of there, they honor their work, they are honest, and really have a desire to help their customers. They have gone above and beyond in helping me with my car! If you need a car repair, I would highly recommend them!
When Russ owned the garage it was a safe place to go that you got quality service and a fair deal, he would always look out for his customers and made sure the job got done the right way. Now they way over charge for simple two minute jobs. Like charging $50 to change a headlight that a customer provided the part when they came in. My sister also need a headlight put in and an inspection, the headlight she had the part all they had to do is put it in...they charged her $200. I've been going to another local garage for 15 years. Every time I've gone lately, my bill kept getting higher and higher with more things wrong. They were nice and called me their "family". Let me pay weekly and drove me home when needed. I just couldn't do it anymore. My boss recommended OGT. I brought my car in today. I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed a ride home. They called me this afternoon and I was really happy with the price. I've found my new forever garage! Thank you everyone! Best of the best ☺

This place used to be the one in only place I want to but the last few times I’ve been there it’s felt like they haven’t been doing the work and overcharging me for it. For example I go and get the oil changed in the dummy light for the oil change keeps coming on. This last time they didn’t even put the Reminders sticker on for one I should change my oil.
