Dr Young was incredibly thorough and attentive during my visit. She really took the time to look at my skin and made sure I understood everything, even though she talks a bit fast! I appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how clearly she explained my treatment options. I felt listened to and cared for, and I would definitely go back to her. Highly recommend!
Dr. Young is really great at what she does and incredibly knowledgeable. She’s attentive, straightforward, and takes the time to explain things clearly. If you’re looking for a doctor who is matter-of-fact and gets right to the point, she’s the one. Her staff is also consistently kind and helpful every time we call. Highly recommend!
My 76 yo healthy and well preserved aunt saw Dr. Young (instead of her usual physician in the practice) out of concern for an irritated scalp and hair loss. Dr. Young told her that her average life expectancy was only 78 yo and asked her if she was trying to look good for her coffin?! Seriously?!? I’m a physician and I was appalled. That was a very hurtful, mean spirited and dismissive comment. Her partners or employer should really consider removing her from the practice.
Have been a patient for several years. Dr Countryman used to do his own surgeries. While they are efficient, he allows his medical assistants and office manager to place all of the stitches now, and even for my graft and cautery. Seems that he is just in a hurry to get onto the next patient and scrambles from one room to the next.
Dr. Young was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate her understanding help.
I had a mole biopsied and he was rude to the office nurse who was assisting in the office. He clearly has a big ego but little manners.
I have been seeing Dr. Young for many years for routine care as well as monitoring of high risk areas of my face and chest. I am very confident in her ability as a physician, and appreciate her bedside manner. I have recommended her to family and friends on multiple occasions.
He and his staff did a tremendous job, and they were so kind. it has been 3 weeks and you can hardly see the scare...
Very knowledgeable very patient did an amazing job grateful and thankful for his knowledge would recommend him and his staff to anyone. I was very concerned. It was my eye. I’m so grateful. I’m thankful.
