I was contacting them for a business related matter, and they were SO RUDE. If they treat their customers like they treated me on the phone, they should be out of business.
HORRIBLE service, POOR Quality & and LIES! If you're looking for a 'custom made ring' – look elsewhere! What Ron (the owner) believes to be 'high quality' is nowhere near if you want a fine quality piece. My wife and I hired Private Jewelers to create a custom wedding ring for us.
