From the day I made my appointment with with Alex and subsequently Juan who were great member's of the Priv-energy sales team we set in motion a extremely good, highly professional experience. I was very impressed by the expertise of the workers of this business, who installed my new solar electric system, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the sales and office staff. The whole process took only 24 days. I would recommend Priv Energy to anyone who wants solar energy, either out of concern for the environment or for economic reasons.

My Experience with Pri-Energy Group started on Mar 29, 2017, with George E. , the Sales Rep. Every detail in the contract that had to do with approximate dates and times of completion were met ahead of time, and all financial details that were in the contract, were met, as they were written. It has been almost 4 months since we signed the contract with these folks and still the system is not installed (the expectation was 2, possibly 3 months to completion). Every step of the way it has been us trying to get hold of someone to find out what was going on. Some times the person we called would not answer and their voice mail box full, others they would apologize and make commitments they did not keep. This company has been very fair and kept me well informed all the way through the process I was very happy to deal with them and they would get recommended by me to anybody that was considering doing this type of work they were very professional throughout the whole process it was no high-pressure in the sales presentation they were honest they did everything they said they would I'm very happy with the whole experience

If you get solar system with this group make sure that everything you were promised is on the contract regardless how small it my seem. The sales person will tell you what you want to hear and it may not be the hole truth. Everything started out good but as time progress you are forgotten and promises are not fulfilled.
