When I decided to go solar I had numerous solar companies interview there products but decided on Priv Energy. The sales person was very knowledgeable about solar a sold me on his company. I reson I decided on Priv Energy is every thing is made in the USA. The crew that came out to install the system did a great job and have had a great experience thru out the how process, was informed of what was going on through out. I would recommend Priv Energy to any one that was thinking about going solar!

My experience with PrivEnergy was outstanding. Everyone that I dealt with were professional and experienced. The salesman, Byron, was patient with my family. He came out three separate times to help us understand solar energy. The company that sealed our air ducts wore boot protectors, and changed our air filters for us. I am very impressed with Priv-Energy Group,LLC. Their Sales Representative was very thorough in explaining the process in changing to Solar and the savings it will accomplish. The installers were very professional, they arrived to install the solar system as stated and finish the installation as promised. The sales man did not answer calls back for additional information after the system was installed.
It is rare that a company takes such pride in their service. We have had three different teams come to our home preparing and installing equipment and solar panels. Each team were easy to identify by the company logo t-shirts. They always introduced themselves and advised us as to their particular assignment. I hired this company to install my solar panels and they were great. They kept me informed on where I was in the process and they work really fast. The city of Phoenix approved the instillation plan and they called me that Monday morning to let me know it had been approved. They delivered the panels and all of the other stuff Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning at 6am the installer were here and began.
