Priv-Energy exceeded my expectations by installing solar well within the timeline I was expecting. They handled everything on my behalf. I am a very satisfied customer. I appreciate the customer service I received along the way and will refer my neighbor that want to purchase solar in the future.
From the very beginning Stephanie our Energy Consultant was extremely knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. The entire staff, from sales, installation (James), project management to office personnel has been extremely helpful, and they know what they are doing or needs to be done! We were told that the entire process would conservatively take 90-120 days, however, we were turned on in just over 60 days! Need I say more? I would highly recommend Priv Energy to my family, friends and anyone who is interested in solar.

i called in on July 10th and discussed my issue with the system being short almost 2,000 kw for the year and system costing me more for energy than i was paying before the solar system was installed. I spoke to Alex gave him my srp account info so he could review my generation system. Spoke with client on 9-13-18 and determined two additional panels were needed. we installed two panels on 10-19-18. This client was handled over and above the contract to be a good partner.
Process began April 16th 2018 and was competed on August 10th 2018. 8/10/2018 Updated review Our Solar Power system finally went online today so I thought I should update my review. When the salesman came to our home he told us we were getting a whole package that included the solar panels, light bulbs and a battery back up. Every box was checked on the sales order form. He also stated that our electric bills should lower down to $20 more or less. 2 months after installation we were still getting $100 electric bills. I am sorry that the customer is confused but the contract clearly states a Perfect Power Box and not a Battery backup as we did not even offer batteries at this time nor did we sell them. The client has asked for a price to add a 10800 battery that we offered to do at a discount to $8500 as a previous customer. Unfortunately there are financing issues in the way. This company has the worlds worst sales people and upper management team. They made promises that they later on said they never made. Now I am stuck with a monthly extra payment of $170.00 that I really can't afford. Their CFO Robert ****has made so many promises to repay me that I now have a book full and still making broken promises. He is one of the world best excuse makers in the world. I am sorry the client feels the way he does but there are a few inconsistencies. The client signed and initialed he understood that Federal Tax Credits are available against any federal taxes due. If there Arte none due it rolls over to the next year. This is not a guarantee and was signed acknowledgement bu client.The client also is not stuck but has reduced his electric bill substantially from the benefits of the solar system. Not a good experience. Started off by being mis-informed (lied to) by the sales person. Did not put the items discussed on the order contract. Was told I would be provided with a Tesla battery but ended up with a LG battery. Was told the system utilized individual inverters and ended up with a single inverter. Ordered and paid half up front and it was 2 months before the project was started. I had many many calls to the project manager who finally wouldn't talk to me and they referred me to another person. I have lived in this home for 47 years and during that time I have dealt with many contractors. I am not easy to please if the work being done is preformed in a casual I don't care way. I have just had PRI-NERGY install a solar system to my home. These craftsmen did such an excellent job of installing a new breaker box and all of the MANY sections to complete my grid.
